Construction, and put them out to bid. § Inspected the Engineering permits for compliance with
AT&T construction standards prior to submittal. § Procured City and Special Utility Permits including
railroad and canal crossings then ordered the fiber cut to length and other
materials provided by AT&T based on the final permits and Project Scope. § Observed and provided on-site assistance as the AT&T
representative during the construction process, and completed the final

office personnel, design engineers, field technicians and CAD Technicians to
provide Broadband OSP engineering mapping and RF design services to various
nationwide customers including Cox Communications, Media One, Insight
Communications, NPG Cable of Arizona, and Cable One. § Provided over 4,000 miles of over
head and underground facilities strand and as-built mapping, and 5,000 miles
of RF design engineering to add fiber optic technology for residential and
commercial internet, phone and cable service plus new plant extensions. § Provided Permit Engineering
including over 1,000 permits for OSP fiber and Coax plant extensions to facilitate
system upgrades and new plant. § Provided Commercial Telephony
Engineering to extend broadband facilities to commercial buildings that were

networks. § Provided Cat5E structured cable
installations for data and telephony, plus switches and wireless router
programming including VOIP programming to connect remote offices to central

structured cable including programming speed dome rotating cameras with an
emphasis on internet computer access for remote control of the cameras and
